Is it nap time?

With so much to do at work it was nice that my manager, Diana, set up a dept lunch. The lunch was to help welcome me to the team so it was up to me to decide what type of  food we were going to get. With so many choices I decided that regional Chinese cuisine would be perfect and Diana decided Grandma's would fit that bill. Apparently this place get very busy so Ewgenia and Oliver even had to go early to secure us a table. Once we were all there, first things first, we had to pick from the huge menu to get this meal started. Thank goodness for picture menus with English descriptions that mostly made sense.
Check out the name of this dish. Anyone up for some "You are the one"?

We made some great choices:
Ewgenia, Tina and Martin in the first picture, just starting to enjoy our food.
Goose liver, salted fish, duck, jelly fish, fungus in spicy vinegar, mussles and red dates with coconut

Here's the team, clockwise from the left: Diana, me, Oliver, Ewgenia, Tina and Martin

And more food arrived...
Greens w/ mushrooms, shrimp, awesome fat-back pork, spicy clams and spicy tofu

 And more food arrived...
Just when we thought we were full, this fish showed up and was probably the highlight of the meal.

And dessert...
All so yummy, mine is the red bean with tapioca pearls, top right.

All of us with full bellies and ready for a nap

Next team lunch we'll go out for spicy food :)
