Alright, it's official! I'm heading to Japan to visit with Miki, David and Miki's parents. I can't wait.
This is today's lunch. I had to pick from all these items, toss them in a bowl to have something done to them that I was unclear about. I was out to lunch with Tina and Oliver and we each had to create a bowl...I picked out vegetables that I recognized, dried noodles and then some random unknowns (sometimes this can be scary here b/c the Chinese eat all sorts of processed meat products). I got a little guidance from Tina then let Oliver pick out my "sauce" which turned out to be broth (beef and tomato).
