War wounds

  I had another fun lunch today with my team. Nobody does braised fish like the Chinese. That is something that I will have to learn to make when I get back to the states.


From the bottom: super spicy noodles (made of some vegetable), Braised fish with
fish noodles, Pork and corn, savory custard and sweet bean and rice soup.
   After I got home from work I took my new Chinese running shoes out for a test drive. Everything seemed good until mile 4 when I started to get a HUGE blister on my heal...it got SO bad that I had to stop running and limp the rest of the way home. Hopefully I can get these shoes broken in soon.
